Sea wellness

The Cliff House Hotel in Ardmore, Waterford, has launched its outdoor spa and outdoor spa menu, especially for the summer. The Well By The Sea has an outdoor hot tub and outdoor baths overlooking the ocean, and offers a selection of special outdoor treatments, including an outdoor foot treatment, and a Well By The Sea Escape treatment which includes a seaweed soak and massage. From west to east

The Liffey is set to be home to a new hotel in the shape of the national heritage ship PS Naomh Eanna, which famously carried passengers from Galway to the Aran Islands from the 1980s. The ship has been given a licence to dock at Custom House Quay, and is set to be redesigned as a 28-bedroom hotel.

Up Mayo

Westport hosts its annual music and arts festival this October under its new name Westival. Taking place in the town from October 24th-29th, local, national and international artists and musicians will be welcomed to Mayo for a weekend of entertainment and culture. Visit westival.ie for more.
