Sales results: The top price in the auction rooms yesterday was the €4.3 million paid for a house on six acres in Shankill through HOK Residential.

Westland House was sold in two lots: the house on half an acre was withdrawn at €1.3 million but sold after for higher, while a lot of 5.5 acres sold for €3 million.
