Location: 489 & 490 Bluebell Avenue, Bluebell, Dublin 10. Proposed development: demolish dwellings for 80 units with a crèche and 80 car-parking spaces at basement level. L-shaped building with 10 one-beds, 59 two-beds and 11 three-beds. The block parallel with Kylemore Road is five storeys at the junction of Kylemore Road and Bluebell Avenue at the south end and steps to nine storeys at the junction of the Grand Canal and Kylemore Road towards the north end of the site and the block parallel with the Grand Canal is eight storeys at the east end and steps to nine storeys to the west. Location: Turnpike Lane, rear of 59-69 Drumcondra Road Lower, Dublin 9. Proposed development: three-storey residential building to rear of 59-69 Drumcondra Road Lower and a four to five-storey residential building along the eastern edge of the site to consist of a total of 34 units.
