YOURSPACE:THE LIVINGROOM of the show apartment at Bakers Yard (see page 2) was designed to exude comfortable minimalism. Interior architect Niamh Doyle and interior designer Debbie Cooney (053 9165900) incorporated a few frills so the room wouldn't feel bare or cold.
While the furniture was kept streamlined, neutral and modern, there are a few lavish touches, like the wallpaper from the Designers Guild sourced by Bazonk Interiors (053 70583 ) for €77 to €87 per roll.
The metallic mirror blends in with the chandelier and the wallpaper. A similar one is available from Cedarwood Kitchens and Bedroom Furniture (051 425850) for €350.
