Shopfront: We spotted this Norm69 light-shade from Copenhagen in Peter Johnson's shop but then realised you've got to assemble it yourself - from 69 pieces of card! Argh.

A bit off-putting for those who were never so hot with aeroplane models and the like. But with a bit of patience it's not that difficult to put together. Individual pieces attach to a central cylinder and fold out to create the flap projections. There's no glue involved as the whole thing hangs together through clever slots and folds. Think of it as a return to your childhood and the jigsaw-like satisfaction of getting the last flap in place. And you'll end up with a very cool looking light. Peter Johnson, Cow's Lane, Dublin 8.
