Leisure, info-techs and loss adjusters come to Park West

Park West Business Park continues to attract new tenants because of the availability of high quality office space and its superb location alongside the M50 in west Dublin. The complex will include a large 25,000 sq ft leisure complex which is to be run by Jackie Skelly Fitness. It will include a swimming-pool, gym, sauna, steam room and juice bar. The three latest companies to rent office space have agreed 25-year leases at a rent of £15 per sq ft. These are information technology consultants Wolfe Group which is to rent 17,100 sq ft, the package holiday group, Panorama Holidays which will have 6,400 sq ft of accommodation and loss adjusters, Garwyn Liability Adjusters, which will also have 6,400 sq ft of space.
