THREE SHOW homes will open this weekend at Delgany Wood in Delgany, Co Wicklow to give buyers a flavour of the last remaining houses at this popular scheme.
Joint selling agents Sherry Fitz-Gerald and Lennox Estates are selling 13 houses in three different sections of the large scheme developed by the J Wood group.
Eight five-bedroom houses are available to buy at the new Cherry Glade element of Delgany Wood.
This small enclave of 12 houses is under construction and completions are expected from autumn 2008 through to summer 2009.
Prices start at €895,000 for the 225sq m (2,420sq ft) houses which will be laid out over three floors.
Two three-bedroom houses at the Churchfields element of the scheme are for sale and are priced from €495,000. These houses are under construction and will be complete later this autumn, according to the selling agents.
Houses in Churchfields have views of the Wicklow countryside and feature cut-granite sills, ornate brick detail and paved driveways.
Finally, two remaining houses are available in Delgany Gate. These six-bedroom detached houses are also laid out over three floors and have 232sq m (2,500sq ft) of space, as well as separate garages.
Prices at the Delgany Gate element start at €1.1 million and completions are due from autumn of this year.
