Dublin 15: from €295,000Show units open for viewing at noon today for a new scheme of apartments at Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

Hooke & MacDonald will be taking bookings for 25 apartments at Grove Court, located at the end of Grove Road, beside the Blanchardstown Town Centre and the N3.

Prices start at €295,000 for one-bed apartments of 50-55sq m (538-610sq ft). Two-beds of 60-76sq m (645-815sq ft) cost from €360,000. Also on offer are three-bedroom apartments of 96sq m (1,030sq ft) starting at €425,000.

This is the second and final phase at Grove Court, a development of 79 units. Apartments are ready to move into once paperwork is completed.

Two-beds are in the majority and these overlook either landscaped gardens or extensive parkland. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow maximum natural light to permeate interiors. All apartments have good-sized sit-out balconies. Developer Michael McNamara & Co and their in-house architect have included a good standard interior spec at Grove Court.
