Kilcock: from €205,000: A total of 22 traditional three and four-bedroom semis, two-bedroom apartments and three-bed duplexes go on sale at Brayton Park, Kilcock, Co Kildare this weekend, through joint agents Gunne New Homes and Property Partners Brady.

Prices start at €205,950 for just one apartment with one bedroom and 57.5 sq m (620 sq ft) of space. Another single three-bedroom duplex unit of 91 sq m (980 sq ft) costs €236,950. The apartments and duplexes are selling in advance from plans.

Show units are available for five three-bedroom terraced houses of 111 sq m (1,200 sq ft), priced from €268,950. In the majority are 15 four-bedroom semi-detached houses in two sizes. The developer is Aranbel Construction, the company responsible for Blessington Abbey and Blessington Orchard. Units sold in this phase will be ready to move into from February to May, says the selling agent.

When completed, the total number of units at Brayton Park will total 177. Kilcock is served by Dublin Bus and Bus Éireann services to the city.

Kilcock train station provides a commuter service to the city on the Maynooth to Connolly line. A new M4 interchange is under construction nearby.
