Four-beds with 111 sq m (1,200 sq ft) of accommodation cost from €329,950. Larger 133 sq m ( 1,435 sq ft) four-bed semis are from €387,950.

Kilcock train station provides a commuter service to the city on the Maynooth to Connolly line. A new M4 interchange is under construction nearby.
