Fashion store to open on Dawson Street

THE women's fashion retailer, Gibson Price, is to take over the lease of the former Travelwise shop and basement at the junction of Dawson Street and South Anne Street, Dublin 2. The company will be paying a rent of £27,000 for 700 square feet of space. Druker Fanning and Partners, which handled the letting is quoting £12 per square foot for 1,500 square feet on the upper floors.

Druker Fanning is also seeking £10 per square foot for 1,500 square feet of office space on the lower floors of a Georgian building at 10 Upper Pembroke Street, Dublin 2. The two upper floors are occupied by the owner-occupier, which recently purchased the building for £185,000.
