Cavan: from €225,000 Loreto Wood, a new scheme of 110 three and four-bed semis and detached houses off Loreto Road in Cavan Town, is launching this weekend with Hooke & MacDonald.
There are 12 different layouts available. First phase prices start at €225,000 for three-bed townhouses of 113-142sq m (1,215-1,525sq ft). Three-bed semis start at €230,000 and €240,000. Four-bedroom detached houses of 157-169sq m (1,685-1,815sq ft) cost from €295,000.
Standard items at Loreto Wood include floor and wall tiling in kitchens, bathrooms and en suites. Wardrobes will be installed in main bedrooms.
