Fifteen apartments and another 20 houses at the Dun Emer development in Lusk are being launched this weekend by Hooke & MacDonald with prices starting at €235,000.

This is the first release of apartments in this popular development, which is located on the outskirts of the village of Lusk.Two-bedroom apartments with 59 sq m (640 sq ft) of living space are priced from €235,000 to €245,000.

Two-bedroom townhouses with 74 sq m (800 sq ft) are priced from €245,000 to €252,000. Three-bedroom houses with a floor area of 107 sq m (1,150 sq ft) start at €280,000 and go up to €305,000, while four-bedroom semi-detached houses of 125 sq m (1,340 sq ft) cost €355,000.

Developers Dwyer Nolan and architects Fenton Simons have placed a big emphasis on open space in this scheme. Landscaped village greens and squares echo a village environment.
