APPLICATIONS

Location: 1-2 Aston Place (formerly known as the USIT building) and part of the ground floor of Morgan Hotel at 7-12 Fleet Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2. Proposed development: Partial demolition of existing three-storey building at 1-2 Aston Place with the part retention (with alterations) of the front facades to Aston Place and Bedford Lane; the reconstruction of the building with the addition of two extra storeys to provide a five-storey, 57-bedroom hotel extension or 38-bedroom hotel extension and part residential option building.
