£500,000-plus expected for Rathmines investment

Lisney expects to secure in excess of £500,000 for a mixed investment property at 210 Lower Rathmines Road, Dublin 6, which is to be auctioned on December 9th. It includes two retail units at street level and four overhead apartments, together with an office suite. The tenants are Ladbrokes and Seam Fitzpatrick Ltd. The income is £19,080 but the agents estimate the full rental value at £51,500.
