£500,000-plus expected for Dartry housing site

ST Luke's Hospital in Dublin is to sell a residential site of 1.6 acres at Sunbury Gardens, off Dartry Road, Dublin 6. The site is likely to make in excess of £500,000 when it is auctioned on May 9th by Gunne. Den is O'Reilly of Gunne said the site was likely to be of interest to a large number of developers because of its superb location and because there were few development opportunities in mature residential areas like Dartry.
