£50,000 rent for modern building with parking on Holles Street

Davin Auctrioneers is quoting a rent of £50,000 (€70,350) for a three-storey over garden level modern office building at 20 Holles Street, Dublin 2.

The premises are available on a 25-year lease at £94,200 (€119,609) per annum or at £20 (€25.39) per sq ft on a short lease. There are seven car-parking places on the site.
