£200,000 sought for interior designer's offices

THE interior designer, Angela O'Connor, is to sell her retail and off ice building at 55 Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, following her decision to relocate her business. Estate agent Tony Godsil is quoting a guideline price of £200,000 for the two-storey building, which has been extended and refurbished in recent years. It has more than 3,000 square feet of floor space.
