Strictly Pleasureby Bitches With Wolves. It seems like only yesterday that Bitches With Wolves were but a twinkle in Pop Corner's eye, and now it's playing-at-Oxegen this, gigs-at-Whelan's that. And frontman James O'Neill used to be such a nice boy. Now he's singing about kicking gentlemen callers out of bed once they've, ahem, called. 'Tis far from this that we reared him. Still, he does know his way around a good synth line, and we're sure his dance moves are up to scratch as well.

Willow Smith is about to add another string to her bow, as father Will Smith has signed a deal with Sony to remake Annie, with Willow as the titular redhead. Willow's boss – Jay-Z – is also rumoured to be providing the soundtrack (he sampled Hard Knock Life, remember?) Poor old Jedward are stumped by the adult world. The duo spent a whack of money on Michael Jackson memorabilia, but now have to pay up to half that again in duty. A source told the Sun that “the stuff was shipped in to the country on Monday, and the twins can’t wait to check them out. But the customs people aren’t letting them even catch a glimpse until they pay up £6k in duty. John and Edward are gutted – it’s the most money they’ve ever spent.” Oh Jeddy. When will you learn?

The Bieber’s haircut budget was always going to be big, but when figures were released last week, our jaws dropped. Little Justin has his own hairdresser – obviously – and gets his hair cut twice a month on the road, costing him $750 a pop! The lucky follicle technician, Vanessa Price, could double her money if she thought about it, though. She notes: “I’ve heard adults joke they were going to take his hair after I cut it. I tell them they’re really creepy.” She didn’t add: “They can buy it at my eBay account.”
