The Central Bank has published a warning notice naming two firms operating as unauthorised investment businesses in the Republic. They are Smith & Henderson Associates, Inc (China and Spain) and Bull & Bear Capital Management Ltd (Spain and Switzerland). It is a criminal offence for an investment firm to operate in the State unless it has authorisation from the bank.
