Airton Square on Airton Road will provide office, retail and car showrooms in a development extending to over 10,300sq m (110,868sq ft).

The site is being developed by the Airton Partnership and includes about 4,000sq m (43,056sq ft) of offices and over 850sq m (9,149sq ft) of ground floor neighbourhood retail space. There is also 5,500sq m (59,201sq ft) of retail warehousing.

The retail and office elements of the scheme, named Junction House, is on a high profile site on the corners of Greenhills and Airton roads. The offices are accessed off ground floor level through high quality reception areas. The available space can be configured in a variety of layouts, with suites available from 194sq m (2,088sq ft). Full floors within the building start from 607sq m (6,534sq ft) and the office accommodation includes raised access floors, suspended ceilings and air-conditioning. Given the shortage of office space available to purchase in the south-west suburbs, agent CB Richard Ellis is expecting a high level of demand for the suites, with prices starting at €5,170 per sq m (€480 per sq ft). Considerable interest is also expected in the retail warehousing units which are available to purchase from the plans at €4,040 per sq m (€375 per sq ft).
