Men’s clothing outfitter bid close to asking rent of €275,000

An Italian men's clothing outfitter has agreed rental terms for the former AIB building on Dublin's St Stephen's Green between the top of Grafton Street and the top of Dawson Street.

The company is understood to have bid close to the asking rent of €275,000 for the four-storey over basement building which has an overall floor area of 492sq m (5,295sq ft)and 161sq m (1,733sq ft) at street level.
