Dublin 14: Two Rathfarnham office blocks on the market

With vacancy rates near historic lows there should be keen interest in two vacant office blocks in Rathfarnham which are on the market through Lisney.

Both blocks are in Nutgrove Office Park, off Nutgrove Avenue in Dublin 14 which was completed in 2008 by Bymac.

The larger block, B1, has 1,063sq m (11,443sq ft) of space and is available for €1.3 million. It is in shell condition and, according to the agent, could be sold with a turnkey fitout to an agreed spec.

Block B3, which has 673sq m (7,243sq ft) of space, is fully fitted having been previously occupied by a number of tenants. It is guiding €1.4 million.
