Allsop online auction features over 85 properties

Property valued at €11m goes under the hammer on Wednesday

There are more than 85 residential and commercial properties with a combined value of €11 million included in Allsop’s biggest online auction which is set to start at 8am.

Of the 20 or so commercial properties, one of the most high-profile is at 63 Upper George’s Street in Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin. It includes a ground-floor takeaway unit with a two-bedroom apartment overhead and is producing rent of €24,000 per annum.

The floor area extends to 169sq m (1,819sq ft) and the reserve range is from €210,000 to €230,000.

Warehouses

Two adjoining warehouses at Block 410 in Greenogue Business Park in Rathcoole, Co Dublin, have a reserve range of €230,000 to €250,000.

These two units are let to Blackchurch Motors and are producing a rent roll of €33,600 from their combined 596sq m (6,415sq ft).

Three one-bed apartments in a period redbrick building at 26 Northumberland Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, should be of interest to investors.

These apartments are available in one lot, each is vacant and the reserve range is €625,000 to €675,000.

Builders might be interested in a city centre doer-upper located at 6 St Anthony’s Road in Dublin 8 which, while needing substantial refurbishment, is currently arranged as six bedsits. It is located close to St James’s Hospital and comes with a reserve range of €100,000 to €120,000.

Meanwhile, two shell-and-core office suites at Johnstown Shopping Centre in Navan, Co Meath, have a reserve range of €90,000 to €100,000.

These extend to 1,132sq m (12,184sq ft) and are situated on the second and third floors of the centre.

Two shops and three overhead apartments which are producing a rent roll of €39,000 at Castle Crescent in Clondalkin have a reserve range of €340,000 to €360,000.
