Bank of Ireland has reduced its interest rates for fixed rate mortgages and is now claiming to have the lowest one year fixed rate on the market at 6.4 per cent (7.7 per cent APR).

Bank of Ireland's revised fixed rates for mortgages are two years 7.3 per cent (7.8 per cent APR) three years 8.35 per cent (8.2 per cent APR) five years 8.65 per cent (8.5 per cent APR) and 10 years 9.45 per cent (9.6 per cent APR).
