Sir, – The HSE has indicated (News, August 24th) that only 53 per cents of those aged 16 to 29 are fully vaccinated and that this group accounts for the highest incidence of Covid-19 infection.
I cannot visit a pub or restaurant indoors without being vaccinated but I may, however, attend an indoor lecture theatre where up to half the attendees may be unvaccinated. If this isn’t mixed messaging, I don’t know what is. – Yours, etc,
