Sir, - In advance of this Good Friday, would the IRA leadership consider donating its weaponry to the Kosovan Liberation Army? The log-jam that exists in Northern Ireland would instantly disappear. This concept would surely be an honourable solution for the IRA as it would support a liberation army whose people have been brutally oppressed in recent times.
