Sir, – I'm sure there are all sorts of interpretations which can be given to Patrick O'Reilly's, A Giant Haystack (David Sleator, photograph, April 26th). My first reaction was to think it was a hoax in the manner of Hans Christian Andersen's tale of The Emperor's New Clothes . On more mature reflection I am pleased that the artist has only turned this delightful little Victorian Gothic chapel into a hay shed and did not go the full hog and turn it into a stable for horses. – Yours, etc,
