Sir, – I’m writing because I’m worried about people spending too much time on screens. It’s not good for our bodies or minds. Research shows that staring at screens for a long time can cause problems like sore eyes, headaches, and feeling sad or anxious.
To fix this problem, we need to teach people about better screen habits and make rules to help us use screens less. Parents, teachers, and people in charge need to work together to spread the word and find ways to limit screen time, especially for kids. If we do this and find other things to do instead of being on screens all the time, we can stay healthier and happier. It’s important that we do something about this problem fast to keep everyone safe and healthy.
Spending too much time on screens can lead to other problems too, like not getting enough sleep and finding it hard to concentrate. We need to find fun things to do that don’t involve screens, like playing outside or reading books. By doing this, we can improve our health and have more time to spend with friends and family, making life happier for everyone. So, let’s work together.
