X-ray search misses weapons

WASHINGTON - Mr Roman Regman, a student at a seminary in north-eastern Pennsylvania, was arrested at Tampa airport in Florida after officials searched his bags and found a 9 mm pistol, two hand grenades, six knives, 181 rounds of ammunition, a ski mask and handcuffs. The bags were so full that an X-ray machine could not detect their contents.
