Dublin Chamber of Commerce said it was disappointed that the Budget does not include measures to attract private sector investment for transport infrastructure in Dublin and other cities where traffic congestion was a "major threat" to business growth and inward investment. It welcomed the changes in income tax, corporation tax and capital gains tax and the £20 million allocation to Croke Park.
