A Bank manager's daughter has told a jury at the Central Criminal Court she was raped by the bank porter 20 years ago.

The woman, from the south-west of Ireland, said she was aged nine when the sexual abuse began in 1979.

The 54-year-old accused denies six charges of raping the now 29-year-old woman, 12 of having unlawful carnal knowledge of her and one charge of indecently assaulting her on dates from 1979 to 1982. The alleged victim told the jury of seven men and five women the first incident she recalled was when the accused put his hand down the front of her jeans.
