Two suicide bomb attacks on the British consulate and HSBC bank headquarters in Istanbul last week killed 31 people and injured hundreds more.

Galatasaray's Champions League match with Juventus, due to be played tonight, and Besiktas's game against Chelsea in two weeks will be played outside Turkey.

Last week, UEFA postponed the Galatasaray-Juventus game, scheduled for the Ataturk Olimpiyat stadium in Istanbul, by a week until December 2nd but the game will not now be played in the country.

Israeli club Maccabi Haifa, who are not permitted to play in their home country because of UEFA safety concerns, will also have their UEFA Cup tie against Valencia, originally scheduled for Izmir on Thursday, moved from Turkey.

UEFA has yet to finalise revised dates and venues for the games.
