Two shot in Belfast paramilitary-style attacks

Two men are recovering in hospital after separate paramilitary-style shootings in north Belfast last night.

Two men are recovering in hospital after separate paramilitary-style shootings in north Belfast last night.

A man (27) was found at the back of the Flax Centre on Ardoyne Avenue shortly after 8.00 p.m. He had been shot once in the left leg.

Later, a another man (20) was found, also with a gunshot wound to the left leg, in the front garden of a house in Butler Walk. It is believed he was attacked at about midnight.

There were no arrests.
