The trial of a Dublin man who denies attempted rape continued with legal argument in the absence of the jury yesterday

The trial of a Dublin man who denies attempted rape continued with legal argument in the absence of the jury yesterday. The jury is expected to return to the Central Criminal Court to resume hearing the case on Monday. A 21-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to attempted rape and sexual assault of a 30-year-old woman in the grounds of a school in Ballymun on January 15th, 1996.
