The State has been given four weeks to complete a prosecution case against five men accused of a £330,000 cigarette robbery, or else the charges will be struck out. The men appeared in Dublin District Court yesterday charged with the robbery of the cigarettes from a Pandoro ship at North Wall on March 28th last year.

They are Mr Colm Dornan (51), of Glendun Road, Whitehall, Dublin; Mr Anthony Murphy (45) of Beaver Street, Dublin; Mr Patrick Mackey (27), of Foxhill, Athy, Co Kildare; Mr Peter Fox (33), of Avonbeg Drive, Tallaght; and Mr John Kelly (31), of St Mark's Avenue, Clondalkin. All were remanded on bail to April 17th.
