The Society of St Vincent de Paul has urged people voting on the proposed new national pay agreement to consider all elements of what the deal has to offer, especially the social inclusion aspects, rather than just pay.

The society's director of services, Mr Liam O'Dwyer, said the society believed the Programme for Prosperity and Fairness introduces important new structures to ensure resources can be targeted at those most in need.
