Siem Reap - Cambodia's King Norodom Sihanouk said yesterday he could never accept dictatorship in his country and called for talks soon between his ousted son Prince Norodom Ranariddh and the country's Second Prime Minister, Mr Hun Sen.

King Sihanouk, who returned to Cambodia on Friday for the first time since Mr Hun Sen toppled his senior co-prime minister, Prince Ranariddh, in early July, said he would be willing to mediate in talks between the two.
