Shots fired at house in south Dublin

Gardaí are investigating a shooting incident in south Dublin early this morning.

Gardaí are investigating a shooting incident in south Dublin early this morning.

At about 5.55am a shot was fired at the front door of a house at Lambay Drive, Ballybrack. The house was occupied at the time but nobody was injured in the incident.

A car was heard speeding from the scene, according to gardaí.

A technical examination of the scene took place his morning. Anybody with information is asked to contact Shankill Garda Station or the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666111.
