Royal Dutch/Shell announced the resignation of chief financial officer, Ms Judith Boynton, today after huge cuts to the energy giant's oil and gas reserves this year.
The world's third biggest oil group also released the results of an internal probe into the debacle, and said it would again trim its proven reserves as reported at end-2002 and end-2003.
