The publication of Safety in Pre-Schools was announced yesterday by Minister for the Environment and Local Government, Mr Dempsey.
The purpose of the guide is to help those in control of pre-school premises to carry out their responsibilities under the Fire Services Act, 1981 and the Child Care (Pre-School Services) Regulations, 1996.
