The new President of the High Court, Mr Justice Frederick Morris, was formally sworn in before the Chief Justice, Mr Justice Hamilton, in the Supreme Court yesterday.

Mr Justice Morris made the declaration required by the Constitution before the Chief Justice, the Supreme Court judges and members of the Bar in the courtroom for the brief ceremony yesterday. Members of Mr Justice Morris's family were also present.
