Vatican City - Pope John Paul yesterday put 10 more people killed during the 19361939 Spanish Civil War on the road to sainthood in the Roman Catholic Church.
The 10 Spanish nuns were among 12 people beatified by the Pope, who appeared in good form as he presided at a festive ceremony in St Peter's Square for tens of thousands of people from Spain, Lebanon and Italy.
