Police officers in Northern Ireland came under attack from petrol bombers in Co Armagh last night.
Officers were targeted after they carried out searches linked to a security hoax in the Victoria Street area of Lurgan. They were leaving when the petrol bombs were hurled at them.
There were no reports of any injuries.
An hour later police received reports of a number of hijack attempts in the Bells Row junction area, with claims an individual with a firearm was at the scene.
