AN BORD Pleanala has deferred its decision on a controversial £3 million shopping centre plan for Galway's western suburbs to the end of next month. The appeals board has set June 26th for its ruling on the appeal of businessman Mr Pat Joyce against the decision of Galway Corporation not to sanction the development in Knocknacarra.
