Santiago - Chile's Supreme Court chief justice yesterday said the court had made its decision on whether to uphold a lower court ruling ending former dictator Gen Augusto Pinochet's legal immunity, but he did not announce the ruling.
Judge Marcos Libedinsky said the justices were working on the text of the ruling and that it would be announced on Tuesday.
