Tel Aviv - Penis piercing for bachelors is forbidden under Jewish law according to Rabbi David Gulinkin, chairman of Halacha (Jewish law) at the Rabbinical Conference of Conservative Rabbis in Israel.
He said genital piercing stems from a desire to increase sexual pleasure. He therefore concluded bachelors are forbidden to have their penises pierced for reasons of modesty, as Judaism only gives its blessing to sexual relations within marriage.
