Papers' adverts revenue hits high

National newspapers had over three column miles of display advertising in April, the largest figure ever for one month, Advertising Statistics Ireland claimed yesterday. Revenue from advertising amounted to a record £15 million. Regional and consumer press advertising will bring to value of print media to over £19 million for April.
