Managua - Nicaragua's former president, Mr Daniel Ortega, leads among those seeking his old job in a November 4th election, but his opponent is gaining ground, according to a recent poll.
Mr Ortega, candidate of the left-wing Sandinista party, earned the support of 34.9 per cent of the 1,200 people polled by Borge and Associates.
