Beijing - A string of explosions at a fireworks factory in eastern China on Sunday killed nine people and injured 46 others, the official Xinhua news agency said.
It said a blast ripped through the warehouse of the Panda Export Fireworks Co in the rural town of Huangmao at about 9:40 a.m., triggering a series of explosions that destroyed 10 workshops.
