Miami - A Spaniard suspected of killing a British schoolgirl at a French tourist hostel will fight his extradition to France, perhaps delaying the process for a year, his lawyer yesterday. A French court issued an international arrest warrant last week for Francisco Arce Montes (50), accusing him of raping and suffocating 13year-old Caroline Dickinson of Bodmin, Cornwall, at a youth hostel in Brittany in 1996.
